  • This disclaimer forms part of and must be read as part of the websites terms and conditions.
  • Product contents may differ from pictures subject to availability. Whilst we try with every effort to keep our stock levels the same, unfortunately due to supply and demand individual products go out of stock from our suppliers at short notice. In such event, we will substitute these items with similar sweets from our stock.
  • We accept no responsibility for any delays/errors or damages outside of the company’s control, circumstances include for example: your parcel being in the hands of the courier, fire, war, pandemics, natural disasters or non-delivery from the supplier.
  • Even though our products have a good shelf life, we recommend that all products are consumed within 28 days of purchase as we cannot be held responsible for any decrease in quality due to storage conditions after you receive your items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to duplicate or resell any products that are on this website or our Facebook page without prior written permission from ourselves.
  • We reserve the right to change the contents of this site or our Facebook page at any time without prior notice to our customers, and it is your, as the customer, responsibility to check these changes.
  • We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and delivery services at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to reduce quantities of our products that we offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change the product descriptions and/or product pricing at any time without prior notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without prior notice.
  • At no point or in any case shall Moor Sweets and Treats or their director be liable for any loss, claim, injury or any consequential damages of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind that is incurred as a result of products being posted or delivered.
  • Due to severe changes in the weather, some types of sweets can be prone to melting quicker than others, these including: chocolate, marshmallow, some gummy sweets, we cannot be held accountable for items that have melted due to heat exposure during delivery. We will do our best to pack these items as best we can to prevent such occurrence however we cannot guarantee that heat sensitive sweets will arrive how they should.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences or any other form of damage or loss that may be suffered by the end user of moorsweetsandtreats.co.uk. This includes any loss of data/information, financial or physical loss or damage.
  • We are not responsible for: any losses you experience because the information you have put into our website/contact form incomplete or incorrectly, or for the website being temporarily unavailable die to technical issues beyond our control.


Allergens

  • As a duty of care and in accordance to Natasha’s Law which came into effect in October 2021, all of our own made products will display allergen information, we will also include this information on our website to help you make an informed decision before your purchase.
  • Please note that all are products are made up in the same area and may contain traces of Milk, Soya, Egg, Nuts, Wheat, Sulphites. If you have a severe allergy please inform us BEFORE ordering/purchasing as we cannot be responsible after this product has been delivered.
  • We do supply products that are stated as Dairy Free and Gluten Free but please note that even though every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination we cannot 100% guarantee due to manufacturing and handling.
  • Please note that our self-made products of mixed sweets are NOT individually bagged. These sweets are all placed together in the same box/bag and are sold in food safe boxes or re-sealable food grade bags.
  • We take no responsibility for any adverse reactions that may result from our products, this includes: hyperactivity, allergic reactions or choking hazards. You shall use your judgement, caution and common sense when purchasing our items for specific individuals.


Personal information

  • Please note that our contact form asks for personal data such as your name and email address. These forms are sent directly to our email address so that we are able to access your order wherever we may be at the time. These emails are never sent to any other person or third party companies and we retain the information for our records only.


Refund policy

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns, this also means that refunds cannot be given on any refused or undelivered products.
  • If a refund is provided, at our discretion, postal/delivery charges applied will NOT be included in the refund.
  • We are unable to reimburse for any issues after 21 days from ordering.
  • If you have a question about a product please message us before purchasing. Any amendments that need to be made to your order, we must be informed no less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
